Shannon's lovely. I met her while she was working as a receptionist/P.A. at Configuresoft, and she was always bubbly and friendly. When she moved back to California, I think she left Colorado a little less bright than it was while she was there.

I also have Shannon to thank for my first (and so far only) experience of an American Thanksgiving Day, which was a true joy!
